About the Role:

We’re looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our front desk team and support our patients and staff. If you’re upbeat, self-motivated, and reliable, we want to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and assist patients in person and over the phone
• Schedule patient appointments, focusing on maintaining the hygiene schedule
• Assist new patients with onboarding and appointment scheduling
• Communicate with dental benefit providers to determine and collect out-of-pocket expenses
• Ensure smooth daily office operations

Preferred Skills:

• Dental office experience is a plus
• Familiarity with Dentrix software is a double plus!
