Tis’ the season for the Brockport Holiday Lights Spectacular Parade!

Wed, Oct 25th, 2017

At Brockport Smiles, we love to keep active within the Brockport community, and there is hardly a better way to do so than partake in the fun filled Brockport Holiday Lights Spectacular Parade and Tree Lighting.
From trucks outfitted in holiday lights, marching bands, lit up floats, firetrucks, and decorated snow plows, it's a sight to see. Throughout the evening village shops and restaurants open their doors and welcome parade goers, creating a warm holiday community feel. You might even catch a glimpse of Mr. and Mrs. Claus! After the parade you can stick around to see the tree lighting and top off the evening by watching the exciting fireworks show. It's no wonder why local businesses, schools and local groups will all be out to celebrate with the Brockport community.

Cheer on the Brockport Smiles team as they parade their holiday-themed float
To add even more excitement and some friendly competition, each year a panel of float judges select and award the best parade float. This will be the third year in a row Dr. Thaney and the Brockport Smiles team will participate in building a float for the contest. We are pulling out all the stops to impress this year's panel of judges. Maybe the third time will be the charm for a win! It's going to be so much fun to see all of the different floats. Believe us when we say, everyone goes all out!

Join in the festive fun at the Holiday Lights Spectacular Parade
This year's parade will take place on December 6, between 5pm and 7pm. It will start just north of the canal near the hospital and take us down Main Street, ending up in front of the Brockport Diner where the Christmas tree will be lit.

Come out with the family and see the Brockport Smiles float in action. It's sure to be a wonderful, family friendly night. Just be sure to get there early to get a nice view and enjoy the festivities taking place in the village!
